Project fees
Our fees are always based on the nature of the project, the objectives to be accomplished, and the value to the client, and not on units of time. This arrangement allows you to control expenses tightly. It also encourages you to call us or schedule additional meetings without worrying if the meter is running, and allows us to suggest additional areas of focus without concern for increasing your investment.
There are no additional or "hidden " fees as all of HR UMBRELLA'S normal business expenses are included in the project fee, including reports, etc.
Sometimes, regardless of how we aim to please, people are people and are just not satisfied. Our work is guaranteed. If we do not meet your objectives and cannot meet them after your notification and an attempt to correct the shortcoming, we will refund your full fee if it has been paid. This has been our commitment to our clients from day one.
