Passwords
When you create an account on HR UMBRELLA, you'll be asked to create a password. Your HR UMBRELLA password is case sensitive and must follow these guidelines:
- Use a minimum of six characters
- Include at least one number (0 – 9)
- Do not use your email address as your password
We recommend using a random combination of letters, numbers and cases to provide added protection for your personal information (e.g., Adg561z).
Once you've created an account, HR UMBRELLA stores information such as your name, billing and mailing addresses, telephone number(s) and email address. Your password allows you to bypass re-entering this information each time you visit the client area. Please note: You do not need to create an account until you become an HR UMBRELLA client. Any time HR UMBRELLA collects information that you voluntarily submit, it is HR UMBRELLA's intent to inform you of why this information is being requested and how it is going to be used.
